Applebee's

Waitress was friendly and did what she could but the food took forever and when we got the chicken and shrimp it sat on a bed of greasy onions, disgusting. Have tried this place before and every time it disappoints, will not bother again, better options in the area.

Food is spectacular and the male server was great. Mucho Mudslide was perfect as was my bourbon street steak cook to perfection. However, we watched a female server drink the remainder of a juice box on a table she was bussing which disgusted us both thoroughly.

I guess it's best to go late. Service was great. Beer cold. And Pulled pork tacos were great.

The visit left little to complain about, however in the past I have seen less than stellar service and cut corners here. I enjoy Applebees and the half priced apps is enough to get me in the door for a budget outing with friends. Abby was our serve and she was pretty amazing.

The food was good... The mozzarella sticks were not hot but warm. The service was slow. Took a while to get served and always having to flag the server down to get refills for drinks. We sat at the bar.

Wife and I love going. Love it even more when they do the all you can eat riblet's, shrimp and chicken tenders for 12.99.

Food is excellent as are staff, who are helpful with ordering, delivering your meal/drinks, and overall caring for you while you are their guests. Ambience is excellent. Bathrooms are clean.

We come to Applebee's a lot. We were in on Friday night January 24th with friends. There wasn't a lot of people at the bar when we came in. We ordered a drink from Brianna and then we were waiting for another drink and she was busy talking to a young gentleman beside us and she kept walking past us.When it's not busy you should recognize all the people at the bar not just certain ones. We weren't happy about the service or was it droned that came to join us.Very disappointing.

Is management qualified? Disorganized and chaotic. It doesn’t seem as if management cares. This place is disgusting. Staff is rude. Everything is frozen and processed. If you’re looking to ruin your gut health and your day, definitely eat here.

Not a bad place to go there affordable an the atmosphere is relaxing. I want to know if they are called toppings why do they put them on the bottom. This really bothers me

Portions were small. Granddaughter ordered steak and garlic potatoes . She received plain mashed potatoes. My salad was so small for cost food. It was disappointing.

Our waitress was terrible. I had to ask for a refill on my drink. We didn't get asked how our food was. Just came and put our receipt on the table without asking if we wanted dessert. Just wanted to get us in and out. That's it. WAS NOT IMPRESSED!

There is a large varied menu. The service was quick and the food was hot and portions are large. The food is well seasoned and special requests are no problem. It is worth checking out.

Not a lot of healthy choices. They stopped the rice bowls the last time I was there, which were the healthiest choices on the menu

I normally love this place but this time I was so disappointed. My meal was undercooked and my husbands fish was so oily it made him sick.

Good place. Not overpriced but always busy, expect to wait to be seated between 12 and 2. Good choice of deliciously bad for you great food. Servers met overstretched but very friendly. Good location on one of the main mall street if the throbbing metropolis that is Plattsburgh.

Ordered from the website to do car side and they took 40 minutes to bring me my food without my drink, food was cold and not good at all. Not satisfied

I absolutely love Applebee's. A couple of us ladies go in after work, late night, for a drink, dessert or meal. It is always a pleasant experience. Cecily, the bartender is amazing. Always make us feel welcome and happy to be there. I also go in with my husband and teenagers. All of the wait staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Really appreciate their manager, Nancy. One night myself and two female coworkers were sitting at the bar talking and an intoxicated male approached us, Nancy, seeing the attention was no wanted went up to the man and asked him to leave her girls alone. She told him that we work long hard hours and come in to unwind and enjoy ourselves not to be picked up.

Great food, great service, mindful it's an off-peak night.

I'm in love...great menu, tasty food, good price, excellent service...my steak was cooked as I like it, medium...impressed by the way every employee was attentive to our needs, big thanks to Harley...opened and closed door for us at the entrance...unfortunately I left my glass slipper.

Long wait time for food, despite being nearly empty. Food was good as usual.

We went out last night and chose Applebees for a birthday dinner with my wife and I when we arrived there was a few minute wait once we were seated everything seemed to be normal Pamela was our waitress she had taken our order about 50 minutes later our meal finally arrived my steak was extremely seasoned but my wife's burger was great I was bit irritable about our wait and mediocre steak the manager came over and seemed to be very helpful and sincere however I believe it was Pamela who saved the day throughout our wait she did manage to check on us several times and was more than apologetic and we thank you for saving the day

We have been to Applebee's many times, and this by far was our worst experience. The food was not as great, as in the past. Our waiter was not as attentive as he could have been. He was distracted and made himself very sparse. Not sure if we will return

Great family restaurant. Service is very good. Always have a great time eating there with the family. Expect a 15 to 20 minutes wait on weekends for dinner.

I love it the employees so friendly food is greatPrice is awesome hamburger returned twice ( not cooked ) mike our man he is the best Lotus part of it was bad it could happen in any restaurant I think they need a new cook in the kitchen because it’s a very nice location and very busy better to work on it before they start losing people oh I forgot the shrimp fry rice was super greasy not eatable however it was not our days we took the food home and I left hangry after returning the hamburger twice have no time to wait for the third one money for the hamburger resounded but hope won’t go back again no disrespect love the place all good as we all know the cook he is the heart of the restaurant in my case that restaurant have a heart disease cook must be changed before is to late, if I’m the manager the plate go back twice I will refund the full bill not only the hamburger simply cause we waited long time plate went back to kitchen twice and I left hangry

Even though Patrick clearly refused to be our waiter I had a good time. I would recommend and go back but man was that weird him telling us he had to go on break then he is back bringing plates to the next table. Cant say if it was us being interracial couple or from Quebec or anything but we asked him to give us a few minutes twice maybe that's why ? Dont do cocaine kids

Why do you think Applebee's made it the reward lunch at Survivor ? The food is excellent healthy meals.We love the ace, a must when we travel to the USA.

Our server, Micheal, was very pleasant & very helpful & knowledgeable. The food was very good & cooked to our specifications & expectations. We received our meal in a timely manner & the price was good too.

Staff was great had to send my food back not made right and my friends boneless wings came out cold had to send them back manager adjusted the bill

They make room for handicap people, and the food is real good, and so isn't the service.
